Corsair... Great products (?), terrible customer service.

I was very sad to find that my recent keyboard I ordered directly from corsair had still not shipped as of last week (2 weeks after ordering the damn thing). I have called every number available and have been met with seemingly unending wait times, or just the generic "we are busy, come back later."

This is too bad because a friend mine recommended them so highly... Oh well, time to contest the transaction I guess since I cannot even get the money refunded.

If I ever actually get a keyboard I will post lots of pictures and maybe do a review of it.
